Vanilla Bean Yogurt & Honey Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup plain or Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp of our Vanilla Bean syrup
  • Drizzle of honey (optional)
  • Fresh fruit or granola (optional)

Directions:

  1. Stir Vanilla Bean syrup into yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add honey or toppings as desired.
  3. Serve chilled.

 

Vanilla Bean Poke Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 plain vanilla or yellow sponge cake (baked in a 9x13 pan)
  • 3/4-1 cup of our Vanilla Bean syrup
  • Whipped cream or vanilla topping (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bake the cake and let it cool slightly until warm.
  2. Poke holes evenly across the surface.
  3. Slowly pour our Vanilla Bean syrup over the cake, letting it soak in.
  4. Rest at room temperature, or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
  5. Top with whipped cream if desired, slice, and serve.

 

Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1-2 tbsp of our Vanilla Bean syrup

Directions:

  1. Whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in Vanilla Bean syrup
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Enjoy!

 

Vanilla Latte

Ingredients:

1 Shot espresso or 8 oz Black Coffee

1/2 oz of our Vanilla Bean syrup

Steamed Milk to Taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in your favorite mug. Enjoy!

 

Butterbeer

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of our Brown Sugar syrup
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or store-bought whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp butter extract
  • Sparkling water

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then fold in the butterscotch and powdered sugar until smooth.⁠
2. In a glass mug, add our Brown Sugar Syrup, the butter extract, and sparkling water (leave about 1” of space).⁠
3. Stir the liquid, top with the whipped topping, and enjoy while watching your favorite Halloween movie.⁠

Summer Sweet Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz of our Brown Sugar syrup
  • 8 bags of decaffeinated black tea
  • 8 cups of water
  • Fresh lemon slices

Directions:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water and steep tea bags for 5 minutes, then squeeze and discard.
  2. Transfer tea to a pitcher, add our Brown Sugar syrup, then stir.
  3. Top off the pitcher with no more than 6 cups of water to dilute the mixture, then refrigerate overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, fill a glass with ice, top with sweet tea, then garnish with lemon slices.

Cinnamon Brown Sugar Latte

Ingredients:

8 oz oat milk
3 tsp of our Brown Sugar syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3-4 oz brewed espresso
Extra cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish

Directions: 

1. In a pot, combine oat milk with cinnamon, bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.⁠
2. Brew espresso in a 12oz mug, then stir in our Brown Sugar Syrup.⁠
3. Froth the oat milk, then pour into your coffee mug.⁠
4. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy!⁠
